Walking for Wellness is a free program that allows older adults to explore the trails of Conception Bay South. Get out, meet new people, and stay active in a group setting. Walk at your own pace or at the pace of a group. A group leader will meet you at the designated meeting area. Walks will go ahead rain or shine, so please dress appropriately.

Walking for Wellness takes place on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. for 8 weeks. Please note that there will be a boil up following the T’Railway West Walk on October 31.
