Please be advised that new sidewalk construction will begin on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 for approximately 6 weeks. Areas included in the program are as follows:
- Topsail Road – (Topsail soccer field to Rectory Road)
- Foxtrap Access Road – (Dannic Place to Skylark Place)
- Roberts Road South – (Conception Bay Highway to Upper Gullies Elementary School)

Street Rehabilitation Program
Please be advised that road upgrades, including milling and replacement of asphalt, will begin on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, for approximately 2 weeks. Streets included in the program are as follows:

- Kelliview Crescent
- Walshs Road
- Jerathon Place
- Middle Bight Road
- Fagans Road
- Parsons Place

Traffic Disruption – Legion Road
Please be advised that road upgrades along Legion Road, from Conception Bay Highway to Kelliview Avenue, will begin on Monday, September 24 and continue until the end of November.
A DETOUR will be in place for normal traffic for the duration of these upgrades. Traffic travelling north should use Kelliview Avenue and Red Bridge Road. Traffic travelling south should use Red Bridge Road and Kelliview Avenue. Detour signage will be posted. Legion Road will remain open to local residents and emergency vehicles only.
Traffic Disruption – Lawrence Pond Road
Please be advised of road upgrades along Lawrence Pond Road, from Peacekeepers Way to civic number 55 on Lawrence Pond Road. This construction will extend on Shetland Place and Comerfords Road to the intersection of Tamara Place. Road upgrades will begin on Monday, August 13 and continue until November.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes if possible. Please remember to be cautious and to respect construction workers and equipment when traveling through construction zones.
