Payment Deadline and Equal Payment Plan:
Deadline for payment or to set up an Equal Payment Plan is February 29, 2024.

Town Hall Extended Hours of Operation:
Counter service hours for tax payments only will be extended to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22 and Thursday, February 29 for residents who require in-person service but are unable to visit the Town Hall during regular hours.

Tax Incentive for Seniors:
A reminder to seniors about the tax incentive:

• All prior years’ taxes must be paid to qualify.
• The applicant must be 65 or older as of January 1, 2024.
• The applicant must be the registered owner and occupy the property as their principal residence.
• All taxes must be paid by February 29, 2024, or arrangements made under the Equal Payment Program.
• Seniors must self-identify annually via telephone to confirm meeting conditions.
