Topsail Beach Rotary Park, 21 Topsail Beach Road, is a beautiful, main attraction of Conception Bay South. The park features an extensive picnic area, playground, gazebo, and amphitheater. Topsail Beach is accessed via Topsail Beach Road, off Topsail Road.

Stop by for a campfire, for a dip in the ocean (unsupervised public swimming), or to enjoy the absolutely spectacular sunsets. Topsail Beach is a popular spot for whale watching and is known for its panoramic view of Conception Bay and its three largest islands (Bell Island, Little Bell Island, and Kelly’s Island). Topsail Beach also provides access to the start of the East Coast Trail and Topsail Bluff.
