The Town of Conception Bay South would like to advise residents that Town offices and facilities will remain open to the public on Monday, September 19, 2022.

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 50 will commemorate Her Majesty’s passing on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 10:45 a.m. at the Monument of Honour with a wreath laying ceremony. The public is welcome to attend. 

Staff will take a moment of silence at 11:00 a.m. to honour Her Majesty’s 70 years of dedicated public service.

The Town extends its sincerest condolences to the Royal Family. The flags outside the Town Hall continue to be flown at half-mast in respect of the passing of Her Majesty.
