The Town of Conception Bay South will host its Community Awards Night on May 22, 2025, celebrating achievements in sports, community service, and the arts. Businesses and organizations are invited to sponsor one or more awards at a cost of $500 per award. As a sponsor, you will:

• Be recognized during the award presentation at the ceremony.
• Have the opportunity for two representatives to attend and present the award.
• Receive recognition on the Town’s website and social media.

Senior Male Athlete of the Year
Coach of the Year
Executive of the Year
Team of the Year

Community Awards
Senior Volunteer of the Year
Community Group of the Year

Arts and Culture Awards
Artist of the Year – Visual and Written Arts
Artist of the Year – Performing Arts

Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Previous sponsors will have the first right of refusal for one year. Sponsors are not eligible to be considered for any awards.

The deadline to apply as a sponsor is Friday, April 4, 2025.
