Monday, September 25

Seniors Bus Outing
Guided tour of Wooden Boat Museum in Winterton and lunch at Blue Whale Lounge.
Tickets: $10 (incl. HST) available in person at the CBS Town Hall, starting Tuesday, September 18 at 10 am. Participants buy their own lunch. Max 4 tickets/person. ID required for residency.

Tuesday, September 26

Lunch & Learn
10 am – 2 pm at Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Centre
Presentations from the Seniors Advocate and techKNOWtutors
Tickets: $10 (incl. HST) available in person starting Tuesday, September 19 at 10 am.

Free Seniors Swim
1:50 pm at CBS Recreation Complex.

Wednesday, September 27

Walking for Wellness
10:30 am meet at Worsley Park for a guided nature walk around Bubble Pond (2.84km)

Free Seniors Yoga Class with Sisters in Fitness
1:00 pm at the CBS Recreation Complex.

Thursday, September 28

Seniors Expo
10:00 am – 3:00 pm at All Saints Parish Hall
Free admission, canteen available.
This event will feature several presenters and information booths from ProActive Wellness Centre, Cal LeGrow Insurance & Financial Group, Seniors NL, TakeCHARGE NL, Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, and more.

Friday, September 29

Free Seniors Library Day
11:00 am – 4:00 pm at CBS Public Library
TechKNOWtutors onsite for support and workshops
Workshops: Password Management (11:30 am) and Email Communication (1:30 pm)

Free Seniors Swim
1:50 pm at CBS Recreation Complex

Saturday, September 30
Free Seniors Fitness Class with Sisters in Fitness
