The Conception Bay South Arena is a state-of-the-art facility for hockey and figure skating associations and is a community facility for concerts, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Location: 13 Graham Mifflen Drive, Conception Bay South
The walking track is located at the Conception Bay South Arena, 13 Graham Mifflen Drive, and is offered to the public free of charge. The track is open to the public during regular hours unless there is a ticketed event or private rental booked. To learn more or to view the walking track schedule, click here.

The Recreation Complex consists of a pool, sauna, hot tub, squash courts, and is the ideal place to host a birthday party, conference or function. Rentals include one hour of pool time and one hour of party room time. As well, there are additional rental options to suit your needs. In the party room, you have access to the full kitchen, which includes an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and staff will set up covered tables and chairs.
Squash
The Recreation Complex has two regulation size squash courts. All players must provide their own racquets, goggles and non-floor marking shoes. Squash Balls are available for use.
In addition to the junior and senior squash programs, the Recreation Complex also hosts and organizes the first Canadian Inclusive Squash Program. Learn more about the Squash Facility.
