Our Easter Day Camp provides fun and excitement through various activities like arts and crafts, games and activities, and friendship-making.

Dates: April 21 – April 25, 2025

Cost: $150 for the full week ($120 per additional child)

Time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

• Early drop-off: 7:45 a.m.
• Late pick up: 5:15 p.m.

Location: Parsons Rotary Clubhouse, 1706 Conception Bay Highway

Grades: K-6

Online registration for Conception Bay South residents opens Tuesday, March 25 at 10:00 a.m.

This free program allows individuals to explore the beautiful trails of Conception Bay South. Participants will join a group leader at the designated meeting location for the walk each week on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. The final walk will end with an outdoor boil-up. Walks are dependent on weather and trail conditions. During the winter months, this program transforms into a snowshoeing activity! Participants are encouraged to bring snowshoes and enjoy the trails, but snowshoeing is optional  – you can still join the walks without them. There will be limited snowshoes available for use. If there is no snow, and safety permits, the snowshoe activity will turn to a walk.

Experience the breathtaking sunsets of Conception Bay South while joining our free summer sunset yoga program led by Sisters in Fitness. A revitalizing opportunity for the mind, body, and spirit. Join us on Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. during the summer months, at St. Edward’s Soccer Field, 54 Long Shore Road. As the days grow shorter, and the sunsets earlier, the weekly times for this program will change. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any other personal necessities. This program is for all experience levels and no registration is required.

Our Summer Day Camps provide fun and excitement through various activities like field trips, arts and crafts, games, outdoor fun, swimming, theme weeks, and much more!

Online registration for Conception Bay South residents opens Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. If there are any spaces remaining registration for non-residents will open on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

Summer Day Camp Details

• Camp Kaleidoscope is for children that have completed kindergarten, grade 1, 2 or 3 by the start of the program.
• Camp Adventure is for children who have completed grade 4, 5 or 6 by the start of the program.
• The program will run for 8 weeks, from July 2 – August 23, 2024.
• The weekly rates are $150 for first child and $120 for each additional child.

2024 Program: The Spring Youth Ball Hockey Program will run during the month of June, during the evening hours. Sessions will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday starting June 10, ending June 26 at the Conception Bay South Arena. A complete schedule of sessions can be found below:

Registration for Conception Bay South residents opens on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 12:00 noon. General registration opens Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 12:00 noon. Registration is $25 per child.

This program is recreational in nature. All participants must wear the appropriate equipment.

Required Equipment:

• Helmet with full face mask
• Hockey gloves
• Stick
• Shin pads
• Sneakers
• Jock
• Elbow pads, jersey (suggested but not required)
• Goalie Gear will be provided if needed

There are various time slots for ages groups, and participants may only register for one spot. Wondering what age division your child should be registered in? This program goes by the age the child will be as of December 31, 2024. Therefore, in order for the child to register for Under 7 division, they will need to be between 0 and 6.99 years old by the end of the calendar year. A child that is 7 years old by December 31, 2024 would have to register for the Under 9 division.
