Amanda Janes is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and the owner of Concept Nutrition. Amanda has her Bachelors of Commerce from Memorial University and spent more than 15 years helping her clients reach their financial goals before personal trauma and a cancer diagnosis changed the course of her career. She now helps clients reach their WELLNESS goals by coaching them in the areas of nutrition, wellness, and self-care.

Amanda obtained her diploma in Natural Nutrition Studies from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and holds membership in the Canadian Academy of Naturopaths and Natural Therapists as well as the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners. Affiliation with these organizations ensures that she maintains a high standard of practice for her clients.
As a cancer survivor, business owner, and busy Mom of 4 she knows how vital (and challenging!) good nutrition can be. She launched her business, Concept Nutrition, right here in CBS so that she could make her community a healthier one by helping her clients overcome obstacles to healthy eating in ways that are practical and delicious. Amanda is going to share her inspiring story of wellness with us.
