The Town of Conception Bay South is a family-oriented municipality that strives to provide a wide range of exceptional community programs and activities for residents of all ages.

Gateway Garden is located on the grounds near the Conception Bay South Arena on Graham Mifflin Drive. The community garden gives residents the opportunity to learn about growing food and food sustainability. It is a place where the community comes together to enjoy the benefits of gardening and to take part in special events. To stay updated on future plans for community gardening, or to become involved, search CBS Community Garden on Facebook or Instagram, and sign up for e-mail updates.

After a great first season in 2019, the CBS Community Garden Steering Committee is asking the public to help them grow in 2020! They have created a survey to gauge public interest and to obtain new ideas, which can be found on the CBS Community Garden Facebook page. They are also hosting a public consultation and information session on February 27th at 6:30 pm at the Manuels Interpretation Centre. All are welcome! Survey Link:
