Fall Shallow Water Fitness

The Summer has ended and the Conception Bay South Recreation Complex has started its Fall programming. Shallow Water Fitness is a great way to have fun, exercise, get in shape and get out of the house to meet some new people. We are pleased to offer our program 3 nights per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:00 p.m. You can try the class and then register for up to 8 weeks at a time. Depending on space available you can also just drop in for a class. We also offer a popular Monday afternoon class from 2:20-3:25 p.m. That program operates on a drop-in basis.
