The Kelligrews Soiree Committee is accepting applications for concessions up until Friday, June 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. The Committee will require concessions for the following:

Kelligrews Soiree Garden Party
Sgt Ned Nugent’s Park
Sat, Jul 7 from 7:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
This event will require outdoor food vendors.
Soiree Family Folk Festival
Richard Parsons Field
Sun, Jul 8 from 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
This event will require “games of chance” or community/service group concessions.

Rental fees for one day/night is $1.00 sq. ft. (minimum 10′ x 10′ space, all fees based on 10’ depth). This applies to any and all types of concession stands. Any remaining spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the Kelligrews Soiree Committee. All Concessionaires must provide their own power supply. All Concessionaires will be responsible for applicable licenses and certificates etc. The Town of Conception Bay South and Kelligrews Soiree Committee reserve the right to refuse any application. Due to the nature of concessions, the Town of Conception Bay South and The Kelligrews Soiree Committee reserve the right to limit the amount of vendors selling similar product. Any food vendors must sell Coca-Cola Products.
