In loving memory of Riley Mercer from Conception Bay South, who bravely fought against brain cancer and departed on December 10, 2013, at the tender age of 15.

His legacy lives on through the heartfelt efforts of his parents, Louise and Bernie Mercer, who annually organize the memorial Christmas Toy Drive.

Join us in honouring Riley’s memory by contributing an unwrapped gift for a boy and girl, aged 0-16 years. Donations can be dropped off at the Salvation Army Church in Long Pond, CBS, beginning at 3:00 p.m. The memorial service begins at 4:00 p.m. and afterward, guests are invited to enjoy hotdogs and cake. 

Riley’s sister, Alex, sadly lost her battle to the same rare form of brain cancer at the age of 9. Through your participation in this event, you play a vital role in uplifting the spirits of many young hearts and making a positive difference during the holiday season.
