Council is considering two amendments to the Conception Bay South Development Regulations. The first is to differentiate and regulate hot tubs, swim spas and swimming pools. The second is to implement development standards for infill development on existing streets and roads where there are no, or only partial, municipal water and sewer services within the R-2 Zone.
