Council is considering amendments to the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to add policies to recognize ATV use as a mode of transportation and allow trails through various land use zones within the Town.

The proposal would require amendments to the Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations and are intended to accommodate a proposed ATV Trail from the Indian Pond ATV Staging Area to Sgt. Ned Nugent’s Park, Red Bridge Road.

Council will accept feedback until Tuesday, November 21. A public information session regarding the proposed amendments will be held at the Town Hall, Greenslade Gallery, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22.
