Council is considering a request to rezone land at 1659-1663 Conception Bay Highway, intended to accommodate future residential development. The request would redesignate and rezone land from Commercial Main Street to Residential Low Density.

A public information session regarding the proposed rezoning will occur at the Town Hall on Wed, March 6 at 8pm.

Council will accept feedback until Mon, March 11 at 2pm.
