Proposed Re-Zoning: 1494-1496 Conception Bay Highway
Council is considering a request from the property owner to re-zone the land at 1494-1496 Conception Bay Highway.
This request would require amendments to both the Town’s Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. It is intended to accommodate the development of a new dwelling on the property. In general terms, the amendments would re-designate and re-zone the land from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density. The proposed amendments can be viewed on the Town’s website.
Council will accept feedback until Tuesday, November 14 and will hold a public information session regarding the proposed re-zoning at the Town Hall, Greenslade Gallery, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15.
