An independent Commissioner will consider objections and representations on Municipal Plan and Development Regulations amendments to redesignate and rezone approximately 1ha (2.5 acres) of land located at 1287-1293 Conception Bay Highway from the Open Space Conservation (OSC) to the Residential Medium Density (R-2) land use designations and zones.
