Town Council adopted Conception Bay South Municipal Plan Amendment No. 28, 2023 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 47, 2023 on June 13, 2023. In general terms, these amendments would re-designate and re-zone land located at 118 Red Bridge Road from the “Open Space Recreation (OSR)” to the “Residential Medium Density (R-2)” designations and zones.
A Public Hearing with an Independent Commissioner is scheduled to consider objections and representations to the amendments:

Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation should submit a signed written statement outlining the objection or representation to the Town by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023. The amendments are also available under the heading “Amendments Under Consideration” found here.
