The Town of Conception Bay South is going for gold in the race to be named Canada’s Most Active Community and we are rallying our community to sit less and move more! 

June 3rd is National Health and Fitness Day, so we are making sure it’s a day of activity. All activities are taking place at the ball field next to Villanova Junior High. 

11:00 am: Trail walk to Worsley Park and back (3.4 km total) Meet us in the parking lot behind Villanova Junior High. If you only want to walk one way, a shuttle bus will be available. 
12:00 pm: Community Message from the Mayor
12:30 pm: Zumba Class 
1:00 pm: Live music from Darcy Scott

There will be contests, prize draws, music, healthy snacks and more.
