FIREFIT FUN RUN – CHARITY EVENT
July 25, 2025

Members of the public and business community are invited to enter a team and compete in a relay race on the FireFit Course. You’ll run the same course as our competitors, but without the extra firefighting equipment.

To participate, a minimum donation of $350 per team is required. All donations will be contributed to our chosen charities: the CBS/Paradise Community Food Bank and the Sammy Climb Higher Foundation.

This event is a fantastic opportunity for some inter-office competition, for businesses to step out of the office and support the community, or for families to come together and have fun. With your help, we can feed members of our community facing food insecurity and bring joy to children supported by Sammy’s Climb Higher Foundation.

AS A PARTICIPATING TEAM IN THE FUN RUN, WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Participating teams will compete on the FireFit course in a relay race. Teams should consist of 4–6 people. All team members will receive a FireFit Fun Run t-shirt and social media shout-outs. The teams with the three fastest course times will receive plaques for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Plus, winners will earn bragging rights! Everyone will enjoy a Friday morning out of the office, a fun-filled experience, and the satisfaction of helping local charities.

WHAT IS A FIREFIT RELAY RACE?

The relay race will include:

  • Climbing up three flights of stairs
  • “Donut” pulls
  • Descending three flights of stairs
  • A pylon run
  • Dragging a charged fire hose and hitting a water target
  • The dummy drag

Don’t worry—our staff will be on hand to assist if needed!
