The Town of Conception Bay South has released new details about the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling, Boost National, which will take place at the Conception Bay South Arena from December 11-16, 2018. Full event packages will go on sale beginning Friday, May 4. A Host Committee has also been selected to begin planning and promoting the event, and volunteer information is now available at www.conceptionbaysouth.ca/curling/.

“I invite everyone to visit our beautiful Town and join us for all the fun and excitement that’s associated with such a high-end curling competition. Fans should hurry to buy tickets once sales commence because they’re sure to sell out fast,” said Mayor Terry French.

Ticket sales will be processed at Mile One Centre box office. Full event packages will go on sale Friday, May 4 at 12 noon. On sale dates for individual tickets will be announced in fall 2018. Further information is available at www.conceptionbaysouth.ca/curling/.

About Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling, Boost National
The Boost National is the fourth event of the 2018-19 Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling season, and will take place at the Conception Bay South Arena from December 11-16, 2018. The Boost National features the top 15 men’s and women’s curling teams from around the world. The 30 participating teams will compete in a round robin format, contending for a combined $250,000 purse and a berth in the Humpty’s Champions Cup, the final Grand Slam event of the season.
