Phase 49 Water and Sewer comprises of the installation of water and sewer infrastructure in accordance with the Town’s Water and Sewer Priority list. The work will begin during the week of Monday, August 5, 2024 and consists of the following streets:

• Dicks Place
• Dicks Lane
• Caseys Road
• Stagehead Road
• Braeside Lane

Motorists and pedestrians should use caution and respect construction workers and equipment when traveling near construction zones. When under construction these roads will be open to one lane of traffic and, at times for local traffic only. Due to the geometry and width of the road in places it may be necessary to close the road for short periods throughout construction. The contractor will keep local residents updated.
