Hello, I am Sunny Reddy, the Art Therapist/founder of Sunny Art therapy. I am a professional member of CCPA(Canadian Counseling & Psychotherapy Association) and also verified by Psychology Today.

I studied art therapy  in Korea as well as in the UK. I have also been practicing art therapy for over a decade. I also have volunteered to help Korean immigrants in Canada and continued sessions with some of my clients in Korea via virtual meetings.

I recently am accepting new clients for Art therapy sessions (Individuals, Groups for all ages) and Healing Art Workshops.

Let me introduce Art Therapy briefly. Art Therapy is an expressive art activity based on psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding to help clients’ internal growth and well-being. Using imagery, color and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate. Art therapy helps clients interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts.
