Administration

The Administration Department of the Town of Conception Bay South consists of the Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Clerk, Executive Secretary, Records Management and Occupational Health and Safety.

The Department is lead by the Chief Administrative Officer who provides leadership and direction to all departments of the Town. The Department provides Council with information and advice on policy matters and ensures that Council's decisions, policies and programs are executed. In addition, it oversees the Town’s operating and capital budgets and is accountable for long-range and corporate plans for the organization.

The Administration Department is responsible for security, maintenance and access to Town records, handles all legal affairs and is responsible for the Town’s human resources function. The Administration Department also forms key relationships with other levels of government.
