Water/Sewer Permits

The Engineering and Public Works Department is responsible for maintenance and improvements to the town's water and sewer services. The Town's water supply comes from the regional supply at Bay Bulls. The Town is presently embarking on a major multi-year infrastructure program which will extend water and sewer services throughout the Town.

Connection Fee Payment Options

Connection fee for water and sewer for existing homes (on street at time of water and sewer installation): $2,400

Connection fee for water and sewer for new homes or building lots approved after January 1, 2004: $5,000
