Starting a Business

The Town is committed to assisting in the growth of new businesses and the expansion of current businesses within the municipality. Our staff can provide you with information on the municipal regulations and procedures, as well as current business tax incentives for new and expanding businesses.

Business development is generally restricted to commercially zoned or mixed areas throughout the Town. There are circumstances, which may permit a business in other areas of the Town. Residential areas permit only home-based businesses.
