BULK GARBAGE PROGRAM -2010
The Town of Conception Bay South is implementing the first series of bulk garbage drop off sites beginning on Saturday, May 08, 2010.
The Town has four (4) large bins that will be used for this Program and they will be placed in the four electoral wards starting in Ward IV as per the schedule below. The bins will be open starting at 8:30 a.m. on each scheduled day and will be removed when full. Garbage will NOT be accepted after the bins have all been filled.
In order to ensure the success of this service, residents of the Wards are asked to use the bins in their respective Ward on the designated day for that Ward.

1. Residents of the various Wards are asked to use the bins on the day designated for that Ward. Identification may be required.
2. There will be security in place and residents are asked to comply with directions of security personnel.
3. Any mess made by residents during OFF loading must be cleaned up.
4. All garbage must be household garbage (i.e. chesterfields, TV’s, carpet, etc.) that is not picked up by the regular garbage collection service.
5. This service is for residents only and businesses will not be permitted to use the service.
6. Materials from contractors or construction and demolition projects will not be accepted at these sites.
7. Tires, Propane Tanks or Hazardous Waste will NOT be accepted. Please call 834-6534 to find out Hazardous Waste Collection days.
