Drop Off Recycling Program

The Town of Conception Bay South has four, forty-yard fully enclosed bins. These bins are used, exclusively, for the Town’s Recycling Program. The drop off locations are at the CBS Stadium on Legion Road in the west end and at Topsail Soccer Field in the east end of Town.

At each location there is a bin for PAPER ONLY and a bin for CARDBOARD ONLY. Each bin is clearly labelled and residents are asked to load their own paper and cardboard into the bins. There are very few rules to follow, however, the main things to keep in mind are that these bins are for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY, NO PLASTIC BAGS PLEASE, and NO GARBAGE PLEASE.

The Town invites all residents to participate in this program. Please keep in mind that we need your help to ensure that these locations are kept clean and tidy. Please ensure that your material is put in the bins before you leave the site, and that you break down your cardboard and all plastics and Styrofoam is removed and placed in the garbage barrels next to the recycling bins.

The Town of Conception Bay South would like to remind residents that these bins are meant for cardboard and newspaper only. We respectfully remind business owners that the bins are not for commercial use and are only open to residents of Conception Bay South.
