Notice to Residents
Snow Clearing
Accordance with the Town of Conception Bay South Traffic Regulations, no person shall park a vehicle unattended, regardless of weather conditions, upon a highway within the Town from November 1 in each year and May 1 of the subsequent year. This Regulation is in place to ensure that the Town’s snow clearing operations can be carried out without obstruction.
Residents are hereby notified that Council has authorized its Municipal Enforcement Officers to issue tickets under its Traffic Regulations as of January 1, 2010.
Residents are also reminded that any vehicle, which is ticketed and remains an obstruction to snow clearing operations may be removed and impounded by the Town and the cost of such removal and impounding shall be recovered from the owner.
